What FUN! I know you all have heard me get excited about selling real estate. The most fun I have is when I can find the perfect property for one of my clients. Add to THAT that I get to write up offers for some of my favorite people on the planet, and I am a happy. We have been looking for several months for the perfect property for a special friend of mine, and low and behold it showed up exactly at the right timing. He just got promoted and was reassigned to a nearby office!
Ten gorgeous gentle rolling acres with a sweet little house located in a tucked away place in South County (Nevada County) just waiting for this special couple of kids returning to our home lands, to raise their children. That is what I call fun. But there is a fun time everyday in real estate sales.
We were having such fun on last Friday. We are celebrating this new pending sale, but laughing about the chaos that happened (supposedly nationwide) when a major fiber cable was cut in the Comcast system. It could have been the full moon, “mercury in retrograde”, or misaligned crystals, but we had no phone, no internet, and many had no TV. Personally, I never did notice . I was busy showing property in Yuba County, then Lake of the Pines, and finally, heading out to be sure this transaction was on track. So be sure and call me if there is a natural disaster, because I am busy averting them.
