It is Spring! Thank you Universe! We survived one of the wettest, snowiest winter as of late. No complaining from this California native about rain, but honestly I am so over it! Why, you ask, doesn’t someone who intentionally lives in the water shed part of our state, just love rain? I do!
But, I have TWO big German Shepard dogs. They love the rain. They love the mud. They also love to come inside when they are wet, dirty, and mangy. They are very well behaved about sitting nicely while I dry them off and wipe their feet. Yes, I do that. Still. there is that wet dog smell in the laundry room when it is raining and I don’t love it. So, now that it is Spring, I let the dogs outside and play with them out there.
Lots to do to get ready for the sweet days of Summer and all the outdoor living we enjoy here in the Sierra Nevada Foothills of Nevada County.
Want something to do on you day off? Call me! There is too much going on here in Nevada County to begin to list it all here. We have sports events, rivers, hiking, riding horses, bikes, soap box sports, eating, music and so much more.
Look for me at the ones that are low key and in the shade. My sport is REAL ESTATE and I am loving it now that the days are warmer, dryer, and the sun is out later in the day. Longer days means more opportunities for my buyers and sellers.
